Karolina Stetsyuk (Kozlova), PT, DPT is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy who is passionate about evaluation and treatment of all neurological diagnoses with a particularly strong interest in vestibular and concussion management.
She is a graduate of Big Bend Community College, Moses Lake, WA, with her Associates degree in 2009, and University of Washington, Seattle, WA, with her B.A. in Social Work in 2013. In 2016, she graduated from Franklin Pierce University, Manchester, NH, where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She then went on to complete a neurologic residency with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Centers for Rehab Services. During her time as a resident, she received extensive training in treatment of stroke, spinal cord and brain injuries, concussion/vestibular disorders, neuroldegenerative disorders, and was involved in clinical and didactic education at the University of Pittsburgh Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.
Karolina has received extensive training and coursework along the continuum of care including management of complex neurological and orthopedic conditions. She is currently serving as an adjunct faculty member for Franklin Pierce University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program and teaching courses that include Neuroanatomy and Fundamentals of Neurological Rehabilitation. She is licensed to practice in NH and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. She is also fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
Originally from Ukraine, Karolina enjoys being part of her local Ukrainian church community as well as hiking, kayaking, baking and spending time with her husband, friends and family.
