There is no definitive dose for CBD given the vast differences in metabolism, health, size, stature, activity level etc. Generally, the rule of thumb is to start at a low dose and based upon your response adjust appropriately. I agree with that philosophy, but if you know nothing about it, how do you know where to start? What exactly does “low dose” mean.
