Renewal Policy

For your convenience, subscriptions will automatically be renewed monthly at full retail rate unless cancelled prior to our auto renewal period.*

Hero Healers Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your Service Packages or Subscription Service: We’re sorry to see you go and would appreciate hearing about any problems with our service that are prompting your cancellation. Contact Customer Support at 1.603.346.4906 or contact.herohealers@familyptservices.com.

In order to cancel your service or subscription: Contact Customer Support and request to cancel at 1.603.346.4906 or contact.herohealers@familyptservices.com. Have your account information ready. If sending an email, place the following in the subject line: Cancel Account # [insert your account number here]. We’ll respond as soon as possible to confirm the account cancellation via email. Please note that cancellations via email may take up to three days from receipt of your request to process. Once your cancellation has been processed, you will not be billed again. Once your account has been cancelled, we will send you a confirmation email. If applicable, you are also responsible for the full service package fee in the month in which you cancel, i.e., if you cancel your subscription in August, you are responsible for August fees. A refund of your service package fee will be prorated based on the date your cancellation was submitted subject to the refund policy below. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to appear on the credit card used to pay your subscription.

Your service package or subscription service will cease at the end of the month of cancellation. If you have any problems cancelling your service package or subscription, please contact Customer Support at 1.603.346.4906 or contact.herohealers@familyptservices.com.

Refund Policy

Service Package Refunds: Although you may cancel at any time for service packages, you are subject to a 2-month minimum. Hero Healers will refund you for the full months remaining after effectiveness of cancellation less any discounts applied for prepayment (you are obligated to pay 100% of the full retail value of the services). Your refund will be based upon the full retail rate of the services and refunds will be prorated accordingly.

Subscription Service Refunds: You may cancel at any time. There will be no refunds for any reason on any unused portion of your subscriptions.

Upgrade Policy

If you upgrade your Service Package or Subscription Service plan, we will prorate your fee. You will pay the new rate less any unused portion of your old rate.

Downgrade Policy

If you downgrade your Service Package Plan, you will be responsible for the 2-month minimum at the old rate and the new rate will take place at the end of that 2-month minimum. If you have fulfilled your 2-month minimum, the new rate will take place at the next billing cycle.

No downgrades are available for a Subscription Service Plan.
