A recent article by Mary Biles, entitled “Cannabis, CBD & Anxiety”, delves into the everyday life of someone living with anxiety, and how the recent pandemic has turned “even the most laid back and centered among us into worrying wrecks, imagining the most catastrophic (although unlikely) outcomes for ourselves and our loved ones.”

With the US being home to nearly 40 million out of the estimated 264 million people worldwide living with common anxiety disorders including GAD1, SAD2, and OCD 3, it’s fair to say that you likely know someone(s) dealing with this life altering condition. It is also fair to say that the current coronavirus related stress may be contributing to even higher levels of anxiety and anxiety disorders.
