One-on-One Care, and What it Means for You
Family Physical Therapy Services prides itself on the type and quality of service that we provide our patients. After all, our main goal is in serving you and promoting your recovery and return to living. In order to provide you with the best care possible, every patient whom we treat is guaranteed one-on-one care with their therapist, maximizing your time with them, thus maximizing your recovery efforts.
As a patient, you will receive treatment with a dedicated therapist for the duration of your time with us. Throughout each session, your therapist will work with you and you alone, typically in a private room without distractions, interruptions, or co-treatments with other patients. You will be provided with total attention and dedication to your needs based upon your work, recreation, and family requirements – physical, emotional, and social – which translates into more complete recovery of your injuries. That extra time and dedication helps us uncover other factors in your life, both good and bad, which may ultimately influence your recovery, and help you return to doing what you want, when you want, with whom you want, why you want it with what you have. You see, it’s all about you!
Services to the Physician
Working closely with some of the finest orthopedic surgeons and medical practitioners in the greater Manchester area over the past several years, we realize that open lines of communication are vital to providing appropriate care to the patient population. All primary care physicians are provided with documentation outlining evaluative findings, treatment plans, response to treatment, and questions or concerns about on-going treatment, throughout a patient’s course of physical therapy.
Free Injury Screenings
Because access to healthcare is so important to us, and so many people have been negatively impacted by rising co-pays and sky high deductibles, we have instituted a FREE Injury Screening program. This allows you access to one of our licensed physical therapy professionals, who will perform a personalized assessment of your injury, ache, pain or functional limitation and provide a professional interpretation of the probable diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options ranging from simple at home exercises, supervised physical therapy, or a visit to your PCP or specialist for further medical work-up.
