Have you ever experienced symptoms of dizziness, lightheadedness, or the feeling the room is spinning? Have you ever lost your balance, or had difficulty rolling over in bed and changing positions because of this? If so, this could be evidence of a vestibular problem.
Your vestibular system is made up of the inner ear and the brain, which control your balance and eye movements. The causes of these problems can range from benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) to an inner ear dysfunction, or a combination of both.
As with our treatment approaches for orthopedic issues, we assess and identify the potential causes of your symptoms and develop a personalized treatment approach. This includes manual techniques, as well as specialized exercise and education to help manage and reduce your symptoms.
